Kilmacthomas (in Irish: Coill Mhic Thomáisín), is a town with around 1768 residents, on the River Mahon in County Waterford, Ireland. It is located halfway between Waterford City and Dungarvan.

The most popular tourist attraction to see in the area are the Mahon Falls. The Mahon River is home to wild brown trout, salmon trout (know locally as "Pale") and sea trout. To the west, you can visit the Comeragh mountains and to the south, the ever-popular Copper Coast.
